What are Graff Chevrolet’s Hours?

Graff Chevrolet in Bay City is open 6 days a week and has convenient morning and evening hours. Our Sales Department is open Monday through Thursday from 9 AM until 7 PM, Friday from 9 AM until 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM until 3 PM.

Our Service, Parts and Body Shop are open from 8 AM until 5:30 PM Monday through Friday and from 8 AM until 1 PM on Saturdays.

Our dealership is closed on Sundays and we may have special hours for Holidays. You can find our current hours here.

Graff Chevrolet is located at 3636 Wilder Rd in Bay City, Michigan. We are conveniently located right off of I-75 (Exit 164) in the heart of Mid-Michigan. We are about 2 hours north of Detroit. Can I apply for financing online?

Yes, you can find our finance application right on our website! Our Finance Team has relationships with many local and national banks and credit unions and will work with them on your behalf to secure the best interest rates and finance terms available. We also work closely with leasing companies like GM Financial if you are interested in leasing a new vehicle. You can find or secure online finance application here.

What should I bring when applying for financing?

When applying for financing, please bring a valid ID, proof of income, proof of residency and any additional documentation requested by our finance team. Proof of income usually consists of two of your most recent pay stubs, your most recent W2s or documents such as a Social Security Award letter.

Can I value my trade-in online?

Yes, we have an online tool that will help you estimate what your vehicle is worth. We’ll even buy your current vehicle from you if you aren’t replacing it! Our online trade-in toll will provide you a guaranteed offer but we may be able to give you more money when we are able to see the vehicle in person. Our inventory does change daily and on occasion there is a short delay in updates making it to our website. You can also stop in and our sales team will work with you to find the vehicle that fits your needs and budget!

How do I save time at the dealership when shopping for a vehicle?

There are a number of ways that you can save time before coming to visit us at Graff Chevrolet. You can browse our new and used inventory before coming in to help narrow down your vehicle selection. Since our inventory changes daily, you can contact our TEC Team ahead of time by phone at 989-684-4411 to confirm that the vehicle or vehicles you are interested in are here and available. Bringing your trade-in title, trade pay-off information and necessary documentation needed for financing cal also help save time.

Is there a service center at Graff Chevrolet for vehicle maintenance and repairs?

Yes, our Service Center includes our Body Shop, Service Department, Quick Oil Change Lane and Parts and Accessories Department. Our team of trained Service Advisors and Vehicle Technicians are on site to help make sure your vehicle gets the best service available!

Do I need to schedule an appointment for an Oil Change?

If you just require an oil change no appointment is needed, we have a dedicated Quick Service Oil Change lane just for you! Our Quick Service Lane is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM until 5:30 PM and Saturday from 8 AM until 1 PM. You can find out more about it here.

Can I schedule a Service Appointment online?

Yes you can! We have an Online Service Scheduler on our website to help you find a time that is convenient for you. Our dealership also offers local vehicle pick up and drop off as well as a shuttle service. Our waiting room has coffee, tea, soda and snacks available for our guests as well as USB charging ports and free wi-fi.
