The service staff are helpful, friendly, and efficient. There is also a waiting room. I have come here for years, and will continue to do so. I live closer to a different service place, but I'd rather drive to Bay City, to get the oil changed and tires rotated. They check the fluid levels, brake wear, and tread depth on the tires. I know what to expect here, and have not been disappointed.
